| 4. | We work with your legal counsel to prepare the plan documents and enrollment packages.

| 5. | We meet individually with each plan participant to explain plan benefits and guide them through enrollment. Following enrollment, we’ll continue to work with you to actively administer the plan on behalf of your company and the plan participants.
